Camping Goings-On

Fall Family Campout  This is the annual campout at the boy scout campgrounds at Tanah Keeta in Jupiter.  Our pack is not scheduling a visit to TK for this event.  If you would like to go anyway please contact the cub master.

Here the boys will work on belt loops by playing games, fishing, shooting BB guns, shooting bows and arrows and crafts.  They LOVE to play games in the brush around our campsite.  This is pretty primitive camping but the boys really love it.  Make sure your son experiences it.
 

Wings -n- Things  This campout is at Lakeland Linder regional Airport.  It is scheduled for ???, 2008.  If your son is old enough he will be able to take a ride in an airplane; this is called First Flight.  Its a huge hit.  This is a great weekend of camping, but keep in mind that it has been cool on our last two outings.  This pack outing is open to scouts; siblings; and parents.  Below (and on ScoutTrack) you will find the forms required for you and your scouting family to attend.  Please fill out and mail to Ken Wilson at the following:

Cost of the trip:
$25.00 per person includes Saturday Breakfast, lunch, and activity fee's.  If you would like to come for Saturday only the cost is $15.00 per child which includes lunch and activity fee.  If you choose not to camp there are plenty of hotels in the area. 

There is also a $10.00 fee for the pack; this covers dinner Saturday night and breakfast Sunday morning.

Don’t miss out on this event.  I do hold firm to the deadline date and once submit to the wings n things event coordinator your fees are non refundable, sorry!
